I say these things in a reminder to myself right now, and I do, truly, believe them. I even took a psychoneuroimmunology course and have the science to back it up. I have the most amazing support system of friends and family who have done everything in their power to make sure I'm okay and to cheer me up. I am so thankful for them! I know I'll be fine, and I'm trying to have a positive attitude, and, of course, dress well.
Saturday night was a friend from class's birthday so we went out to dinner and then into Philly. I've shared my philosophy about crop-tops...so I'll never wear one unless paired with a high-waisted bottom. Even then, after beers and cheesesteaks, I found muffin top is possible on my upper ribs. Who knew.
Pants-H&M $5.00!
Black Lace Ankle Heels-Forever 21 $30.00
Silver bangles and necklace were gifts.
(PS I don't recommend buying any shoes from Forever 21, terrible quality, over priced, and can't walk in them at all)
On Sunday I met my sister, brother-in-law, and precious nephew out for lunch. They are always great for a laugh and good advice. It's nice to know how much my family loves and cares for me; I am truly blessed with the relationships I have.

To the library Saturday I wore a dress, tights, and a sweater. This always seems to send people into a frenzy...as noted by a guy commenting, "Vanessa, people dress DOWN for the library on Saturdays". I'm sorry, but this is more comfy!
